Building a Retention Strategy

This workshop has been developed for all levels of management staff working in the trust sector. The workshop will take an interactive and stimulating approach to achieve the following aims:
- To understand where you are now in terms of managing retention.
- To understand how to build a successful retention strategy.
- To learn from practical solutions and case studies.
- To plan a strategy to improve retention at your centre.
You will gain a better understanding of retention and what you can do to improve it at your centre by drawing from the latest research into membership retention and reviewing case studies from other trusts to reveal the processes proven to improve retention.
The workshop will be delivered by Mike Hills, Retention Director with The Retention People.
Mike Hills is Retention Director with The Retention People. Mike has over 10 years of industry experience working in a number of roles from fitness coach to senior management. He has maintained a focus on retention in all these roles and has a proven track record of improving retention in both the public and private sector. Mike now oversees the customer experience and retention services provided to over 400 clubs worldwide. Mike is passionate about helping organisations make real change in order to truly focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and reap the retention benefits this brings.

11.00 am – 3.30pm on all days, including lunch and coffee.
